Services Description

Authenticsuperio.world provides handmade stationery services including custom cards, invitations, calligraphy, watercolor illustrations, embossing, and related paper craft services. All products are handcrafted to order based on client specifications and design consultations.

Orders and Payments

Order Process

• All custom orders begin with a consultation to discuss your project requirements
• We provide quotes based on design complexity, quantity, materials, and timeline
• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of deposit payment (typically 50% of total)
• Final designs require your approval before production begins
• Balance payment is due before final delivery or shipment

Payment Terms

• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved payment methods
• Prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to applicable taxes
• Rush orders may incur additional fees
• Payment plans may be available for large orders by arrangement

Production and Delivery

Timeline

Production timelines vary based on order complexity and current workload. Standard timelines are:

• Small custom orders: 3-4 weeks from design approval
• Wedding suites: 6-8 weeks from design approval
• Rush services: Available with additional fees, subject to availability

Delivery

• Shipping costs are calculated separately based on order size and destination
• We package all items carefully to ensure safe delivery
• Local pickup is available by appointment at our Spearville studio
• Insurance is recommended for high-value orders

Design and Approval Process

• We provide initial design concepts based on your specifications
• Two rounds of revisions are included in standard pricing
• Additional revisions may incur extra fees
• Client approval is required before production begins
• Once approved and production starts, no design changes can be made

Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled before design approval for a full refund minus a 15% administrative fee
• After design approval, deposits are non-refundable as work has begun
• If we must cancel an order, we will provide a full refund
• Custom handmade items cannot be returned once completed except in case of defects

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of any text, images, or content you provide. By submitting content, you grant us permission to use it solely for creating your custom stationery.

Our Designs

Original designs, illustrations, and calligraphy created by our studio remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use commissioned work for its intended purpose. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Quality and Handmade Nature

As our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, and detail are inherent characteristics that make each piece unique. These variations are not considered defects. We embrace the wabi-sabi philosophy of finding beauty in imperfection.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Authenticsuperio.world shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Our services and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
